DineClub-Terms And Conditions
You must Read, Agree and Accept all of the terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference before you may become a member.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by giving you Notice ("Notice") by posting the amended terms and conditions on the Site.
Any amended terms and conditions will govern new memberships after the expiry of 30 days following the date of the Notice
"We", "Ourselves", "Our"- means DineClub.
Site"- means http://www.dineclub.in
- The Dineclub membership is an ongoing subscription service and is valid for 1 year(unless you buy a lesser duration membership). You would be required to get the membership renewed at the end of each membership year. We will send you a reminder by email (or by post if you have not supplied us with your email address) approximately 3 weeks before your renewal is due, to advise you of details of the new subscription. You are required to inform us if you change your correspondence address (both email and postal) - and we will not be liable for any non receipt of communication from us, this includes the renewal reminder.
- Special offers advertised on the Site are only available to our members who present their DineClub membership card and have made a prior telephone booking at the participating restaurant/resort/spa by quoting "DineClub" and their membership number. This discount is not available in conjunction with any other offers the establishment may be running at any one time - for restaurants this may include set menus or any other menus other than the standard a la carte menu. Special days like Valentines, Christmas, New Year and any other public holiday might be exempt from DineClub offer as well. Normally 4 people are allowed on 1 DineClub Card unless mentioned otherwise on the establishment details page on our website or our booklet.
- Special offers advertised on the Site are governed by the offer conditions that are listed for each participating establishment. These conditions have to be met to be able to avail of the offers. Please be adviced that some restaurants may have limited reserved seats for DineClub memebers and hence telephone booking becomes more important to avail of these offers.
- All of Our offers may only be obtained by using a valid membership card, the expiry date of which will vary and thus will always be checked at each establishment. To avoid embarrassment please do not attempt to use expired cards. Our card is strictly non-transferable and can only be used by named member and accompanying party . The name on the card would be verified by the establishment staff against any other photo-ID proof/document like a valid drivers license, passport, credit card etc. Attempted misuse will result in confiscation.
- Upon the purchase of the membership, we would ensure that the card is dispatched to the (Indian) address mentioned while registering, within 7 working days. Any delay/loss in/of the delivery because of third parties like courier services are beyond our control and we would not be held liable in such cases. We would ensure that the despatch details are e-mailed across to you and we would, in all our capability, assist you in rectifying the delay, once we are intimated about any such delay.
- You have the right to cancel your initial registration of membership with us within 7 days from your receipt of your membership documentation (the 'cooling off period') - if you have not used your membership even once. You will be entitled to a refund of your membership, upon return of your membership card, less a pro rata charge for the period of cover and our administration charge (Rs. 300). If you wish to cancel after the cooling off period has expired, and subject to any other statutory rights you may have, we will not be obliged to give refunds for any unexpired proportion of your membership.
- In case of lost card, please email us at customercare@dineclub.com and we will issue a replacement card to you within 1 weeks time. The cost for a replacement card, should you require one will be Rs.500. The replacement card will have the same validity expiry as the lost card. The lost card will be deactivated after the activation of replacement card.
- In order to serve you better, we might be sending you regular communication through email, call, sms or snail mail. These communication might be may also contain information from third parties (we do not share our data with anyone, but might send you information on their behalf). In case you do not with to receive any such communication, please let us know and we'll put you in our Do Not Disturb List. Under no circumstance we would be held liable for any such messages/communication, if you do not inform us that you do not want to receive specific kind of messages.
- We will use all reasonable endeavours to update the website to show the current particulars of participating establishments and the terms of their availability for participation in the scheme. Participating establishments may, however, be entitled to withdraw from the scheme or to change the terms and conditions of their availability after you have become a member and We shall have no responsibility for any such withdrawals by participating establishments or any such changes in their terms and conditions or availability. Members will have the benefit of any additional establishments which join the scheme at a later date and any increase in availability of participating establishments as well. Any of Our printed marketing material which is printed, is intended as a guide of establishments who are participating at the time of publication and therefore may not include all and necessarily participating establishments at any one time.
- The information contained in the printed material or in our website is only for information purposes. We do not make any warranty or representation as to the accuracy or fitness for purpose of any material on this Site or the reliability of the access to this Site. Neither Ourselves nor any of Our directors, officers, agents, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Site or our services. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
- In no event do We accept liability of any description, including liability for negligence for any damages or losses including, without limitation, loss of business, revenue, profits, or consequential loss whatsoever resulting from use of or inability to use our website or our card. We do not provide any warranty that the website or Sites which are linked to our Site are free from computer viruses or any other malicious or impairing computer program. The pages contained in the Site may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors. The information in these pages may be updated from time to time and may at times be out of date. We do not accept any responsibility for keeping the information in these pages up to date or liability for any failure to do so.
- Third party goods and services - we do not vouch for those persons, companies and other organisations whose goods or services may be accessed or displayed through or on the site. While we ensure that we promote the best of the establishments with us, however we cannot be held liable for any bad experiences at any of the listed establishments. We would do whatever is possible within our scope to appraise the establishment of your experience and it would be upto the establishment management to rectify the issues, if any. However, we have our own redressal mechanism in which repeat offenders are de-listed from our association. We do not have and never intend to have any contractual involvement in your bookings or other dealings with the establishments on our site. We will not become involved in any dispute between you and any establishment.
Resorts/Spa: Extra Terms
- It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in
- Dineclub member should mandatorily be a part of the party who is staying at the Resort to avail the offers
- In some cases, a guarantee of booking might be desired based on season/resort's booking terms and conditions - ranging from full pre-payment to 1 night pre-payment. We would inform you about this whenever required.
- In case of pre-payment, you would be informed about the cancellation policy and charges, if any.
- DineClub discounts on Resorts are only valid if you pre-book either by email or by calling us in advance
- We would keep on additing more properties to our list and at time, we might also drop some properties from our list - Please check our website for latest applicable offers.
- The Tariffs mentioned on the DineClub website are indicative. Actual prices may differ and can be confirmed before booking. Taxes are extra

- Failure to enforce or non-reliance on any of these Terms and Conditions by Ourselves on a particular occasion or occasions will not prevent Us from subsequently relying on or enforcing them.
